用OPENGL的简化版本glut 3.7 开发的径向基函数插值可视化三维图面旋转。用到了鼠标球追踪技术，径向基函数插值 压缩包下，data.txt为三维图形高度的值，ThreaD.cpp是源程序。Debug里面有在配置glut32.dll后
