A maneuvering target detection method based on Radon-Ambiguity transform is first used to estimate the acceleration of multiple targets and compensate for motion based on the time-frequency analysis method based on Radon--Ambiguity transform (RAT). The multi-target is separated by frequency domain filtering and the rough Doppler frequency is estimated.
