Proportional guidance law is introduced，and trajectory equation of intercepting missile based on proportional guidance law is deduced．A kind of orbit equation of target in sine mobility is given，and the missile intercepting the target is simulated with Matlab．The influence of missile speed，target speed and guidance mode on the trajectory is analyzed．The relationship between trajectory curvature and normal over-loading is researched．
